ABOUT JMJ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
While we began as a primarily residential company in the expanding Fredericksburg, VA market, we quickly realized that many homeowners also operate businesses that require professional spaces...flexible spaces, unique spaces. Thus we began to carefully purchase, construct, and lease commercial spaces based on adaptability and value to meet the varying needs of our clients. When larger, national tenants sought space in our area, we met that challenge and partnered in triple net properties. And when a niche restaurant sought a stellar space in our historic downtown area, we completely transformed a former
gas station.
